Scaler

• Scaled raw ingredients accurate to make formula card
• Kept track of lot code traceability by documenting lot codes on paperwork
• Exercise proper judgement to make sure ingredients were not contaminated
• Maintained 5s by ensuring my area is always kept up with
• Maintained FEFO to ensure ingredients did not expire

Packer

• Set up machine with the right packing bags, and clips
• Cased bread into baskets at a rate of almost 60 loaves per minute
• Measured the height of bread every hour to make sure bread was up to quality standards

Packaging Coordinator

• Oversaw the whole packaging line
• Calculated the amount of supplies my team needed for the entire day and manually pulled it from warehouse
• Setup auto caser machines and made sure all the information is accurate
• Preformed metal detector checks every hour
• Documented discrepancies in underweight bread as well as reported these findings to my supervisor
• Worked with shipping department to make sure they had the right amounts of bread for fresh and freezer loads
• Assisted on all the positions when anybody needed help

Shipping Dock Worker

• Receive finished product back from production and keep track of it by committing product to SAP
• Unloaded trailers containing empty basket loads and supply to production lines
• Load pallets in trailers using forklift
• Load baskets in trailers using clamp truck
• Spot check every 32 baskets to ensure the clip with best by date are accurate
