As Client Partner (Account Manager) from Capgemini, responsibilities included:
• Work with the client in establishing the contracts for the year.
• Meet the Revenue targets ($7M) and the profit targets (42.5%) set by Capgemini.
• Managed a team of over 200 spanned across multiple geographical locations.
• Deploy the teams both at onsite and offshore based on the client project needs.
• Attend to all Client related concerns and score high on Client Satisfaction Surveys conducted by a third party for Capgemini.
• Lead the deal teams to respond to the proposals raised by the client.
• As member of Technology Development and Integration practice, lead the effort in composing the casestudies and business cases for projects pursued by Capgemini.
• Work with the Business users in capturing the project requirements.
• Work with the Project owner and different IT teams in estimating the project resource requirements and time lines.
• Work with different IT teams in coming up with the system design and review them.
• Communicate the status of the project with Client Project sponsor.
• Track the progress of the project time to time and report to the client.
• Work with Configuration management team to setup the development and testing environments.
• Gather sign off from the business sponsor prior to the implementation.
• Provide post implementation/warranty support.
