• Performs testing in GC lab, Analytical lab, Control lab, Octane lab of in process & finished products samples as per SOPs with safety & timely manner.

• Comprehends and performs standardized testing methodologies, such as ASTM, EPA & UOP & generate accurate data, review, track & release data using LIMS system.

• Complies with all corporate safety policies departmental policies and procedure & follow lab management guidelines.

• Demonstrated sample testing priority & organized testing of finished products to meet timelines along with daily routine unit samples.

• Run QC, ILCP samples using lab instruments and generate accurate data, review, release & enter results in QC Plus & check status of instruments as per ASTM D6299.

•Performed Step up Lead Tech job, able to generate callout reports, shift reports, accountability, weekly retain sample report, OEM first reports, prospector, training, safe & orderly operation of lab. Conduct final review of finished product batches folders, check data for any deviation from method or SOPs, instrument control. Generate COA of finished products e mail COA to respective group.

• Communicate with fellow employees, other complex, Blending, corporate product scheduler & outside testing facilities via phone or e mails.

•Complete all required training like CBTs, FPDEs, Annual safety training with in defined time.

•Maintain work place clean, safe & organized.

•Outstanding attendance record, available to work as & when required.
