▪ Day to day logistics including office management (e.g. office supplies, leased fleet management;
▪ Manage logistic needs (e.g. training logistics, travel arrangements, accommodation);
▪ To assists the logistics team of the training program and events;
▪ To assists the logistics team to liaise with facilitator and participants to provide logistical and technical support before, during and after the training/event and followup ensuring high quality of service delivery and responsiveness to facilitator/participants needs;
▪ Assist support staff to understands individual responsibility for safety and security;
▪ Create contact with relevant security and focal person and attend security meeting;
▪ Manage vehicle maintenance, and records;
▪ Prepare the duty roster for drivers and assigned them efficiently, provide assistance with travel coordination services, including processing travel requests and working with travel vendor for project staffs;
▪ Manage and distribute faxes and mail Maintain information on overnight and courier services;
▪ Assist the Logistics & Training coordination Manager with maintenance of contact lists and key assignments and other duties as assigned;
▪ Ensure travel arrangement purchase air ticket verifying receipt of submitted bill and ensure payment;
▪ Ensure monthly mobile and modem flexiload for staff verifying receipt of vendor and ensure payment;
▪ Provide administrative support to project staff, including typing, filing, and scheduling (maintain calendar);
