I'm currently a project manager, where I run projects from conception (estimating) to closing out (warranties). This entails scoping out work, contract language, creating material submittals, procurement, supervise, schedule, and work with the contractors and house team for a successful project. Key components are time management, accountability, and communication. Like in many relationships, the less communication, the less you are able to understand your clients needs and the higher the probability of non compliance. Along with that, is balancing all of your clients and without organization this can quickly turn into chaos. Should it come to a point where I find myself juggling and there's a mishap, accountability is what makes the difference. Knowing where I made the mistake will help finding a solution and prevent it from happening again. I'm open to explore new areas and industries. As I initially started with architecture educationally and have enjoyed being hands on in the construction side.
