Working as a GM, I work in multiple departments, my main department is online shopper or Drive up and go I make sure that the orders are done on time and not have them wait. Working the the department I know the layout of the store so I can help customers with looking for an item that they can't find. I also am trained as a back up cashier, or courtesy clerk, Work in the meat department as the closer helping with customers on the meat counter and cleaning and closing the department. I am also trained in the floral department working on the load, cutting and organizing the flowers by color making custom flower arrangements for customers. I don't have that much experience in IT or Cyber security but I do know the basics and using the applications, quick learner and willing to learn everything that can help me in the future.
