Using Outlook-jira software for Daily, weekly & monthly routines inspections on compressors and chillers , Air Dryers and boiler hydraulics / pneumatic systems

ordering parts keeping inventory of parts completing work orders collaborating with upper management on safety & new projects through out and for facility.

• Facility maintenance, job Duties are performing various tasks answering work orders troubleshooting mechanical & electrical issues installing 3 phase motors & pumps performing set ups for production on encapsulation equipment. replacing shafts , belts , Gears/ Gearboxs, sprockets ,pulley's brass compression fittings, replacing cylinders ,Valves ,Gaskets,unions ,fabricating using bandsaws, jig saws, Drill press,Grinders,Tig/Mig welding,spot welding/ stick welding, soldering doing Boiler, chillers & Compressor readings ,Monthly-HVAC inspections replacing pvc/ stainless steal piping & sump pumps , Using boom lifts Scissor lifts for over head work.

• Ensure operation of machinery & mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance
• Fabricate repair part by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment
• Troubleshooting malfunctions following diagrams sketches, operation manuals, manufacture's instructions
• Using CMMS SYSTEM to Generate work orders
• Locate source of problems by observing mechanical device in operation
• Adjust functional parts of device using hand tools , level or metric tools

• Inspect floors, walls , ceiling, and roof for signs of Damage
• Check if the electrical outlets are operating properly
• Inspect wiring to detect signs of failure and preventing Overheating
• Perform All Facility activities in accordance with established Safety procedures
• Making sure that the facility every day use systems are in their optimal condition including faucets toilets showers etc
• Ensuring plumbing doors locks and hinges elevators and lifts are Operating correctly

• Welding Copper,Aluminum, and steel parts
• Reading blueprints Assembling parts
