• Dual Dumper air mixing boxes
• Operating Building Equipment. E.g. Chillers, AHUS, Cooling towers, eléctrical generators, fire pumps, induction units, heat exchangers, pnuematic air compresors, water heaters, bladder pressure tanks etc.
• Work with MONNIT Leak Detection System, plus monitoring water consume.
• Strong knowledge on motor replacement and troubleshooting Electrical Equipment.
• A good understanding on humidity conditions readings plus troubleshooting this means.
• Good understanding on of the importance of building positive and negative pressions.
• Good experience on replacement motors pumps, pneumatic actuators, belimo actuators, Lighting Retro Fitting, and all HVAC means.
• Years of experience working with contractors and state building inspectors .
• A personal passion on giving solutions to daily complicated problems; I love to step out of the box to come with the sulution.
• In charge of monitoring building temperatures.
