Cobra Arcade Bar

  • From this, successfully staffed and trained all employees for their new positions
  • All that were selected for employment, still maintain their employment with the company
  • Collaborated with the directors of Dusk Music Festival, to host the official after party, resulting in a 30 percent increase in revenue
  • Responsible for overseeing the 22 employees of the night club and coaching them on how to build their own clientele which led to immediate profit increases for the bar
  • Maintained an organized and proficient ordering process which kept liquor cost at, or below 20 percent.
