• Work closely with project manager and delivery lead to communicate status and manage deliverables.

Specific Duties/Responsibilities:

• Design details of Employee Payroll and Human Resource System (EPHS) and develop accordingly by using Oracle and Java technology;
• Conduct research and understand the requirements. Verify that benefits of the possible solution outweigh organizational research costs. Implement the solution and monitor to make sure that the desired result is obtained.
• Employ SDLC methodology and Agile (Scrum) methodology as well as Rational Unified Process (RUP) and Traditional Waterfall Models.
• Analyze business processes, eliciting requirements. Define business needs and translate needs to Business Requirement Documents, and Technical Requirement Documents, Requirements Management Plan.
• Assist in defining, developing, and documenting complete support model for EPHS which includes installing necessary software tools for application monitoring. incident setup, service requests and problems.

• Detail oriented finance professional responsible for evaluating the creditworthiness of individuals or businesses by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and market trends. Prepares credit risk assessments, recommends credit limits, monitors loan performance, and supports decision making to minimize financial risk. Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills required.
