  • Engaged in a variety of administrative and organizational tasks, including but not limited to coordinating with external personnel, managing office inventory and designing communal spaces.

Mental Health and Drug Addiction Stigma, 12/2022

Indiana University - Bloomington, IN

  • Designed and executed social action project, along with four peers, aimed at erasing and reframing common misconceptions surrounding mental health and drug addiction, along with resources for accessing help.
  • Created, presented and posted multi-media display, composed of videos, podcasts and digital flyers, to different popular social media platforms (Youtube, Instagram, Tik-Tok & Facebook).


Interleaving Effect and Categorization Rules, 11/2022

Indiana University: Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences - Bloomington, IN

  • Examined previous study regarding the Interleaving Effect and designed a new experiment that incorporated an additional variable for testing.
  • Collaborated with three peers to create an experimental survey using Qualtrics.
  • Utilized ANOVA and Jamovi for data analyzation, interpretation and presentation.
  • Presented findings as digital presentation and APA report.


Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and African Americans, 4/2020 

Indiana University: School of Education - Bloomington, IN

  • Researched the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT) within diverse populations, specifically in relation to African Americans as a minority group.
  • Investigated different therapeutic techniques and examined the role that cultural and historical factors play in individuals treatment needs, before presenting my findings as a digital presentation and paper.

Community Involvement

Prevent Child Abuse America (PCAA), 4/2020 - Present

  • Recruited participants and organized a variety of fundraising events with my sorority such as karaoke for kids and carnival for kids.
  • Utilized social media to fundraise, spread awareness and prepare for in-person events.
