My past experience working with health insurance helped me to gain many skills working with a team and also individually. I would meet with businesses and individuals to educate them on their new benefits, as well as work with the human resource departments over the longevity of our partnership. I worked with approximately 80 individual Insurance Agents. I would help them secure quotes and policies for businesses they were working with. I hosted trainings for these insurance agents as well as businesses to keep them up to date on changes and benefits.
Each month I would need to reconcile all of our businesses that we handled in house as well as all of our individual insurance agent's accounts.
