  • I oversee the after-school program at Clifton Elementary.
  • My responsibilities include overseeing eight staff members and 40-50 students daily, ages K-5th grade.
  • I create lesson plans for each grade level and for individual students, depending on student needs.
  • I work with teachers to gain a better understanding of where each student is individually, to provide materials for each student.
  • I'm responsible for upholding all standards while children are in our care by implementing daily schedules, enrichments, academic lessons, and helping with homework.
  • I also implement safety as a top priority. I lead lockdown and fire drills with students and staff and document these drills.
