I oversee the after-school program at Clifton Elementary.
My responsibilities include overseeing eight staff members and 40-50 students daily, ages K-5th grade.
I create lesson plans for each grade level and for individual students, depending on student needs.
I work with teachers to gain a better understanding of where each student is individually, to provide materials for each student.
I'm responsible for upholding all standards while children are in our care by implementing daily schedules, enrichments, academic lessons, and helping with homework.
I also implement safety as a top priority. I lead lockdown and fire drills with students and staff and document these drills.
Hand out medications, contact parents when medications need to be refilled, and maintain medication logs.
