As an Operations Analyst, I've learned a great deal of automation techniques and methods to enhance efficiency using SQL, Alteryx, and Python. Prior to that, my time at Charter has involved extensive project tracking, detail oriented documentation, and reporting with a focus on Field Ops, Business Planning, Maintenance, or Construction, at different periods. Having started in Dispatch, and moved from Field Ops to Business Planning and Analytics, I've seen the business from a variety of perspectives and worked with numerous departments. I believe this allows me to think outside the box when needed, and provide insight of downstream effects that otherwise may have been overlooked. I'm intimately familiar with some of the historical challenges in AL/ GA in particular, and hope to be able to assist with this latest transition in any way I can.
