- Participated and developed Enhanced Recovery Programs (ERP) for surgical patients, focusing on multimodal pain management with goal of minimizing opioid use and early mobilization to facilitate recovery and discharge.
- Developed and implemented processes to improve throughput, efficiency, and efficacy in perioperative department, successfully achieving the goal of eliminating "OR-HOLD".
- Collaborated with internal departments such as Case Management, Quality Improvement, Pharmacy Services, Inpatient Leadership, and House Supervisors to obtain necessary information for case reviews and process improvements.
