Provided internal support for Permian Operations Group, that consisted of Electricians, Maintenance, MSO's, downhole and surface Consultant's. Maintained controllable downhole and surface equipment located at COP leases, well sites and third party yards per COPAS guidelines. Processed Material Transfers and tracked movement of equipment from lease to lease, COP yards and third party yards through SAP program. Managed the purchases of new equipment for projects and maintained AFE records for new equipment that was purchased for our leases, maintained P&A records for plugged and abandoned wells. Initiated sales of used equipment from COP yards and 3rd party yards and worked with procurement group to process sales. Inventoried COP well sites, and facilities and reported accurate and inaccurate serial#'s of equipment, to track KPI's.

Provided internal support for Permian production group, that consist in providing customer service for Electricians, Maintenance, MSO's and Consultants, by answering phone calls and taking information from individuals in the field that needed repairs or replacement of equipment that was down, created notification in the SAP program to notify Management of repairs and or of equipment that needed to be replaced once approved would create work order with estimated cost of repairs or replacement for final approval and then would send out work order to individuals that would would be doing the repairs.
