  • Manage all faculty actions responsibilities including new appointments, reappointments, and postdoc appointments
  • Oversee all non-student visa processing for the department
  • Create and complete annual academic planning exercise and prepare budget documents
  • Oversee course scheduling and planning for faculty and instructor course assignments
  • Assisted with hiring process and training of new employees.
