As a resort representative at a very busy timeshare resort, my job requirements were quite extensive. I not only worked the front desk and assisted in guests needs throughout their stay, I worked daily to answer phone calls and emails to ensure that any of our 2000 owners were taken care of at any given time. Those tasks included putting their ownership up for rent, taking maintenance fee payments and scheduling payment plans, scheduling vacations and providing multiple information about the resort and the area. Maintaining the gift shop inventory and working the register was also part of my job.

I also worked in the resale department assisting in the buying and selling of deeded weeks. I am a notary of the public and signed multiple documents.

In addition to responding to maintenance calls, I actively fixed the problems that needed repairs. I was also a part of the housekeeping staff and cleaned the three-story timeshares on the weekends as needed.

My job required to me to be able to handle high stress situations, multitask, and lift and carry heavy inventory and supplies, and always be willing to help out under any circumstances.
