  • As the manager I scheduled employees, answered phones, input online reservations, handled all reservation issues and trained employees. I ran daily reports to show the effectiveness of our day to day operations. I covered the front desk when needed and was versed in all aspects of the online support with customers and accounting administrators pertaining to billing issues for reservations and more.   • I was the Owner liaison for almost 200 units where I was the creator of In-House checks and balances ensuring consistency in customer service and billing statements. I provided unit evaluations and inspections and work closely with the owners to replace and/or update items as needed. I regularly gathered quotes for any outside company that the owner may be in need of to resolve any issues they may have with their units. I took temporary filler photos and also schedule professional photos. I was a dedicated owner advocate who was committed to overcoming obstacles, problem solving and ensuring a positive owner experience. The company merged and sold the rental management portion to a different company.
