Summary

My goal is to work in the field of Veterinary Medicine, hopefully as a veterinarian. I am really interested in veterinary radiology, animal nutrition, exotic care (pocket pets, wildlife, and marine animals), and neonatal care (how to appropriately take care of dogs and cats less than 4 weeks old). At my current position, I have begun to learn x-ray findings and normal conditions versus abnormal conditions which is interesting to me. I am also intrigued by exotic care because I currently have a rabbit at home, and nutrition is interesting to me to understand how diseases can be prevented by being fed appropriate foods for their size and proportions.

I think its important to offer compassionate care and strong organizational abilities, being eager to learn and thrive in veterinary setting. I bring a foundational understanding of animal care principles, coupled with skills in customer service and multitasking and am ready to use and develop communication and technical skills in a Veterinary Assistant role.
