I have worked for GEICO for over 7 years I started in claims in 2017 and during my transition period I assisted with salvage during their backlog of open salvage claims. Continued my training in claims and was asked to assist with the South Carolina Proof of Coverage team. I have also assisted with PRU and again with the South Carolina Proof of Coverage team. I was on the Que team for awhile. Then returned to claims where I made Chairman's Club 3 times ( 1 bronze and 2 silver). I was promoted to TCR1 where I learned more about the specialized claims and how to handle certain coverage concerns and attorney requests. During the companies streamlining I was returned to ICS where I have combined what I learned in CSS and TCR 1. I enjoy taking care of my customers and providing the information they need to move forward in a difficult situation. I believe that I can bring a unique perspective to this position and learn to be excellent at this job. I am caring and informative, given the opportunity I will be a great addition to the team.
