Determined what medications needed hospital packaging from bulk containers into individually packaged units for stock replenishment and followed through with the packaging.

Singularly responsible for the entirety of the hospital's supply of Baxter supplied frozen prepackaged IV antibiotics with order placement.

Delivered medications into the correct unit-associated patient bin(s) and McKesson/Pyxis machine slots (we transitioned over my tenure in the Pharmacy) throughout the totality of the hospital.

Delivered Schedule II-V medications by counting them with and having a nurse sign as proof of accuracy of the delivery. Any discrepancies were initially investigated at the time of delivery and reported to the appropriate pharmacist.

Answered phone calls promptly in a professional tone and manner, directing anything beyond my scope of practice to the pharmacist.
