In my year at Cape Coral Technical College I have been given opportunities to learn, and work with multiple different types of projects. Extending from patch cables, to running VOIP lines through classrooms, creating termination points for those lines, maintaining and changing asterisk phone servers, aswell as many troubleshooting opportunities to find problems in these areas. I have been given the opportunity to work in other classrooms, improving my customer service and ability to explain what I am doing to the customer.
