During my tenure at Fleet Feet Winston-Salem I started as a part time sales associate. Fleet Feet maintains a high standard for the employees they hire. There is a great deal of product knowledge and training required in order to maintain accurate customer relationships.
There are three tier of sales in the Fleet Feet fitter Program. Master Fitter being the highest, and by far, the most difficult.
Master Fitters are required to maintain monthly metrics of consistent sales recorders in order to achieve this status and maintain the role.
As part of the role as master fitter I was responsible for mentoring and training new hires, as well as cultivating a strong work environment.
