Sara Gutierrez

I’m an Argentine educator based in Washington, DC, passionate about creating inclusive, engaging learning environments for multilingual learners. I design instruction that meets students where they are while challenging them to grow as confident readers, writers, and thinkers. In my classroom, I prioritize meaningful relationships, high expectations, and differentiated instruction to ensure all students can succeed. I’m especially interested in how language development, culturally responsive teaching, and emerging tools like AI can expand opportunities for students. I also bring experience in translation and cross-cultural communication, helping bridge gaps and build understanding across diverse communities.
