Coordinate all aspects of a client's relocation with salesmen, military tsp, origin agent and any other relevant party
- Review work orders and discuss preferences with each client
- Assess bill of lading for accuracy and inclusion of all necessary accessorial charges and communicate with billing department for any adjustments required
- Maintain minimum of 2 teams and hire additional qualified labor as needed
- Oversee occupational safety, compliance and performance of team members increasing profit margin by 45% and decreasing claims by 20%
- Administer payroll and reconcile accounts
- Record and maintain all accounting records, financial statements, tax return schedules and original entry documents
