• Working with community partners, outreach to members, and attending recruitment events/information sessions

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in the implementation of the plan of care through assessments, outcome measures, caregiver training, therapeutic procedures, and the use of evidence-based practice treatment models.
• Member of the WellSpan system-wide journal club for educating staff on up-to-date evidence-based research, new hire orientation, and the OT stroke outcomes group.
• Collaborated with the interdisciplinary team to obtain optimal patient outcomes by attending interdisciplinary team meetings, patient care reviews, and providing mentorship opportunities to other staff members

• Develops call plans, effective strategies, and weekly/quarterly plans to drive volume utilizing the referral development system (RDS).
• Utilizes CRM for tracking, creating, and monitoring liaison territory management, referrals, and activities.
• Understands healthcare operations, legal guidelines, and marketplace trends to identify new business and drive sales.
• Develops relationships with non-profit organizations and utilizes clinical outcomes to proactively educate the community.
• Remote work experience doing insurance, documentation, chart, and utilization reviews with multiple referral software systems including Ensocare, Epic CareLink, and PatCom.
