During my Shift I was responsible to clean, maintain and organize my workspace in different areas of the store. One of my task was preparing and maintaining the pantry case which included cleaning of the selves, preparing food items, organizing and restocking which also comforted me with food guidelines and health protocols in regarding of ingredients and allergies. I also maintained, operated, cleaned and sanitized different machines and equipment in the front and back of the store. I kept a strong and professional communication with costumers and co workers. I stayed calm and focused with costumers during hectic situations to ensure their happiness and satisfaction. I expanded my knowledge about products continuously to inform costumers about new products and promotions as well as help them with their decision if needed by informing them about the products. I kept flexibility in my schedule availability and collaborated with coworkers and leadership to maintain a good work atmosphere. I contributed ideas and addressed faced challenges directly. I was responsible for register counting and handling card and cash transactions.
I monitored patients vital signs regularly and reported changes to the healthcare providers. By providing mobility support I reduced the instances of falls and injuries by following and understanding safety measures. I prepared and cooked nutritious meals and followed the patients dietary needs. Part of my job was it to create games and exercises to improve strength, flexibility and balance. I encouraged the patients in activities an supported the achievement of small daily goals. I provided compassionate attentive care and companionship to keep independence high. Supporting and supervising daily living activities and hygienic care was part of my job. Another part of my job was to maintain and clean the work area to keep an organized and safe environment. At the end of the shift we had to document daily actives, patients conditions and progress as well as given medications in a logbook.

It was important for me to supervise and monitor the children's play ro keep them safe. One of my tasks was it to manage schedules, coordinate activities and organizing on planing playdates.
