I have been a manager of at least 5-10 employees, as well as the sole person working in a department handling HR functions for a company. Approving payroll, managing timesheets, being part of annual performance reviews. I have experience being an Executive Admin for a Division Chief; Scheduling meetings, sitting in on meetings, managing schedules, as well as managing other assistants.

Communication Skills

I have always worked in a team or group of coworkers. Both remote work and in person, navigating communication while working remote and finding the best way to get the job done during COVID not being in person working together.
