I have had multiple titles in this department, start at a level 1 Patient Access Rep, then promoting to a level 2 Patient Access Rep after being with the department for 6 months (during this time I would also help in the “Pre-registration” scheduling department where I would be responsible for calling patients to remind them of their upcoming appointment and make sure all of their information was correct and up to date
