  • Facilitated district wide learning and development activities for audiences of 5 - 500+. Outcomes included post assessment data indicating 90% of participants perceived the content as useful and valid to their work.
  • Finalist, "Wake County School Counselor of the Year", 2010. Awarded "Helping Hands Mentoring Program School Counselor of the Year", 2011.
  • Designed and implemented pilot to coach 105 school teams with essential components of intervention design, problem-solving, and progress monitoring. Outcomes included a 10% reduction in referrals to Special Education for behavior and a reduction in problem behavior for 80% of referred cases. Received a 99% “highly satisfied” rating for coaching cycle efforts from mentees.
