  • This position is a key and high-level leader and will serve as partner and collaborator with colleagues across the HR/OD department and entire KTI/KTEA organization.
  • Oversee the employee record and retention process
  • Develops, implement and monitor classification and compensation administration policies and procedures.
  • Manage the job classification process to ensure internal equity. Provide advice to management regarding compensation for new hires as well as issues related to team member promotions, demotions, transfers and additional duties to ensure adherence to the Salary Administration program.
