In Peer-Crew a student is assigned to a classroom to assist the students.

• Creating an environment where students feel comfortable asking for help as well as assisting students and faculty with inquiries and concerns.
• Assigned to classrooms with students who struggle with disabilities, I have been able to connect with students and teach them new approaches to learning.

• Working in my church's nursery every Sunday, mainly responsible for the children with disabilities.
• I was able to teach the children coping skills and recommend resources,and tactics to parents to assist with the care of their children. (as I am diagnosed with Autism spectrum disorder categorized as "high functioning" and ADHD)
• Improved nursery efficiency by organizing and maintaining supplies, ensuring that materials were always readily available for use.
• As I worked with ages 0 - 4 year olds. But most Often in the 2-4 age range I encouraged emotional regulation and communication when faced with tantrums.
