I have worked at Rockland Federal Credit Union for the past 21 years in multiple positions. I have worked my way up from teller up to supervisor in the busiest department in the credit union. Throughout my time here at RFCU I have learned a multitude of member service skills, management and able to process tasks in a timely manner.
-Supervise seven employees. Answering employee inquiries and spot checking their daily tasks.
-Process daily lease titles that come from the MA DMV and release them to dealerships or members.
-Input weekly insurance losses on totaled vehicles in excel and sent to upper management.
-Work closely with our contracted companies dealing with gap claims and cancellation as well as warranty cancellations in which are time sensitive.
-Process member title letters and make phone calls about title issues to our members.
-Process dealership fundings into our main core system.
-Work closely with other department including underwriting department and all other RFCU branches to support them in many different aspects in dealing with members accounts.
-Answer member questions about their loan accounts, gap claims and warranty refunds.
