  • Would have a daily list of jobs that were sold the prior day, I would need to open and study the photos of existing structure in I360 platform
  • After looking at photos of existing structure and tape measure photos, I would have to list what we could fit for size of shower pan/tub, list what material was needed for surround
  • Communicate with sales reps and managers if there were any questions on dimensions or what customers expectations were to be able to approve and order project.
  • Make sure that unit was to code for the municipality, and if not would need to contact inspector to see if it could be grandfathered in or if we would need to cancel job.
  • Use spreadsheet to check the installer's job from day before to make sure they had Completion certificate signed, see if there was any service that needed to be scheduled, and send to service department if needed. Also, record installer bonus if applicable.
  • Use another spreadsheet to mark jobs that needed service, payment, etc., add notes as to what was needed to close customer account
  • Keep in close communication with ordering department with what was needed to complete the install without complications
  • Work on own with no supervision, worked from home 2-3 days per wee
