*Developing individual plan for each child including goal setting based on identified needs. *Establishing positive and productive relationships with families, focusing on relationships that assist with Family Partnership Agreement )FPA). *The use of the knowledge of principles of growth and development to work with children.

*Supervise the planning and execution of a developmentally appropriate curriculum monthly. *Assess social/emotional, physical and language development of the students. *Conference with teaching staff on new lesson plans and student development.

*Weekly meeting with classroom team to develop lesson plans. *Discuss and track children's progress and share and classroom related concerns. *Responsible for classroom supervision. *Supervise and guide teacher assistant in application of classroom techniques.
