* Handle high-volume inbound calls from agents, clients, and assistants, providing status updates, processing redraft requests, and resolving application inquiries
* Support application processing by managing change requests and ensuring accurate updates in a timely manner
* Collaborate across multiple roles, including training and shadowing new hires to support onboarding and team development
* Actively participate in and present during team huddles and committee meetings, contributing to process improvements and team alignment
* Assist underwriters by processing auto-decline applications accurately and efficiently
* Conduct and complete client phone interviews (both inbound and outbound) to gather required underwriting information while ensuring a positive customer experience
