- Provides direct support to Warner Brothers Discovery Facilities in coordinating day-to-day building services’ activities to fulfill the needs and address client issues.
- Manage and coordinate work with third-party vendors, including tracking work order completion, vendor and client follow-up, and validating/approving subcontractor invoices.
- Oversee third-party vendors, subcontractors, engineering, and workplace teams and conduct regular facility inspections.
Ensured Warner Brothers Discovery space readiness of 14 floors, 290+ Rooms (Chat, Conference, Gather, Huddle, Screen & View, Talk), ten pantries, a fitness center, showers, massage room, kitchen studios, hair and makeup suits, lounges, and conference centers. - Served as the organization's ambassador at various employee engagement events while promoting Warner Brothers Discovery's mission, ethics, and values. Such events as Kids Day, Pet Appreciation Week, National Ice Cream Day, Town Halls, Snack initiative program, etc.
- Promoted within several months due to solid performance and organizational impact.
