Sarah Frischmann

As a wastewater engineer, I have developed knowledge in technical analysis, regulatory compliance, and sustainable infrastructure. My work evaluating sludge processing, gas storage, and process control systems has reinforced my interest in ESG strategy. I have experience modeling systems, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and presenting technical findings, strengthening my ability to assess risks and implement data-driven solutions. The MSc in ESG Management at King’s Business School aligns with my goal of integrating sustainability into engineering and infrastructure projects. I am eager to build on my technical background to develop ESG strategies that balance environmental responsibility with business performance.

• President, Environmental Club - Coordinated eco-conscious community service events aimed at improving the quality of the local environment. Orchestrated a campus-wide Clothing Swap of more than 50 attendees with 10+ trash bags of clothing items being donated to a local charity.
• Outdoor Education Leader, Outing Club - Thoroughly organized, planned, and executed outing trips to nearby locations off-campus. Managed a Buckwild pre-orientation trip of 9 freshman camping & whitewater rafting at Hickory Run State Park.
• Research Assistant, Bucknell on Purpose Leadership - Moderated cohort discussions about increasing connectivity, community, and purposefulness at Bucknell.
• Alumni Relations Co-Chair, Engineering Student Board - Represented ESB as a liaison between students and alumni by planning engagement and professional events. Directed and planned an alumni and student 'Happy Hour' social networking event during Engineering Week.
