  • · I work independently by processing Beneficiary Travel Program and payment process. I review all travel vouchers for accuracy prior to preparing for payment.
  • · Submitted the propertied letters explaining the disposition of unauthorized travel claims.
  • · Communicate in a professional manner in all modes of customer service, in-person, telephone, and email correspondence with leadership, staff, and veterans.
  • · Provide clerical, administrative, and secretarial support positions to the HAS, providing guidance and expertise in issues involving correspondence, filing procedures, and several administrative support functions.
