  • Created a "dance company" dedicated to improving technique, routines, and performance quality for dance team members in the midwest.
  • Manages a staff of four dance choreographers and teachers in the State of WI.
  • Coordinates and runs the College Clinic event in June with the different colleges from the United States. Most recently the University of Minnesota and the Louisville Ladybirds.
  • Created, coordinate, and oversees the Miss Dance Team WI competition program. Bringing the Miss Dance Team USA experience to WI in October.
  • Coordinates a kick clinic with a local choreographer in WI in June for WI dancers.
  • Runs private lessons three days a week for dancers of all ages.
