  • As the ISR for the Lynnwood branch, my responsibilities include answering phones and taking reservations for the customers who call in. I run dispatch as well, making sure all equipment gets to the correct job sites at the correct times. I track re-rents and have the responsibility of processing rental-related purchase orders. I am also the branch Safety Coordinator, which carries the responsibility of monthly reporting and leading branch safety meetings weekly. A great achievement is that I manage to keep everything on track, and our ship sails smoothly.

  • I was tasked with running potential customers' credit applications to start. I gathered payoff information, if necessary, and worked closely with many banks. After an agreement to purchase was made, I had the responsibility of helping customers through all legal documents, such as title docs and licensing. Once paperwork was complete, I would then upsell warranty and maintenance packages to protect the new investment. I assisted customers with setting up insurance on their new financed vehicles. When everything was said and done, I was in contact with our bank to finalize funding packets and filed all title paperwork. I also handled all refunds and remittance for the dealership.
  • I spoke with customers on the sales floor. Lots of times, people came in to 'just look,' and it was my job to start building rapport and relationships. On average, a person visits a Harley Davidson dealership three times before purchasing, so I was always the friendly face they looked for on the second and third visits. I was responsible for keeping up to date on the newest technology coming out. I also had weekly training meetings and online courses to complete to further my knowledge. During slow months, I made cold calls to help promote the brand and drive sales.
