Additional Information

Leadership development is a passion that I've held since I was a teenager. My mother has run non-profits for over 40 years and for the last 20 years, she has brought me along to her leadership development seminars as I actively pursued any opportunity to learn and grow. I was told that the biggest jump for non-profits is between $1.5 million and $3 million, which is where we are now. We accomplished this in less than 4 years and if we are going to smoothly transition to the next glass ceiling, I need to attend quality opportunities for advancement like El Pomar is offering. When people ask how Hornbuckle Foundation has managed to be successful, I answer that I have had excellent mentorship and professional guidance over the last 20 years. I've been training my whole life for this. Thank you for your consideration!
