· Provide supervision, coaching, and mentoring to the Family Consultants to ensure that they are meeting the needs of families and children in care.
· Complete a quarterly Performance Review with their team members.
· Cover Family Consultants when they use PTO, during bereavement leave, and during paternity/maternity leave.
· Conducts monthly training to professional parents.
· Oversee weekly program metrics with all related program services.
· Assist in recruitment and onboarding of qualified direct service staff members.
· Complete quarterly Home Inspections for professional parents under their Family Consultant caseloads.
· Completes regular bi-weekly metric reviews for all direct reports on services provided and provides information to the Program Director regarding the performance of their team members.
· Conduct regular case reviews and provide feedback to Family Consultants to ensure that they are providing effective and efficient services.
· Collaborate with agency leadership and other departments to ensure that services are integrated and coordinated to meet the needs of families and children.
· Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance services and resources for families and children in care.
· Ensure that all services provided by the Family Consultants follow federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to foster care and adoption.
· Supervise the accuracy and completion of records of all support activities.
· Prepare reports for Program Director on support program outcomes and metrics.
