• I was the charge nurse of the 3-11 shift on Isaac Ray East 3. I then became shiftleader/charge nurse on day shift for E1. I worked ATC and was responsible for employee evaluations, medication classes on Sunday, admissions and discharges, I set up medications and was responsible for medication administrations, processing and following through with physician orders, making sure my employees have their required training completed on time etc. I complete initial assessments on admission of patients. I am responsible for maintaining a therapeutic environment for the patients. I complete monthly assessments as well.
