• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current Oregon State Statutes, Administrative Rules, and policy updates related to property tax and special assessment programs.
• Generate, analyze, and reconcile reports to verify the accuracy and completeness of the property tax assessment roll for farm and forest properties; identify discrepancies and initiate corrective action.
• Utilize systems such as Ascend, Proval and CartoViewer (GIS).
