I am trained in member services GMNS for IL, TX, OK, NM and MT policies as well as PPO and HMO for all states. I have been a CAS for Medical and BH now for over 2 years. I am skilled in Windows, Microsoft, Excel and many other programs. I guide and assist the CAs to resources and confidently confirm answers to questions asked as well as doing Tech Time and trainings with the CAs. I am trained in Sr. Tech functions for claims and manual calculations as well.
I worked customer account inquiries over calls and chat. I supported financial issues as well as ordering equipment. I was tier 2 Technical Support for cell phone issues and updates. I walked the floor to support for training classes as well.
I was in charge of all front of the house operations and delegating duties. I served, cashiered, did inventory, counted drawers, did banking paperwork and payroll as well as all locking up after closing and making sure all areas were cleaned and stocked.
