- Advocated for and collaborated with the High School Administration, Garrison command team, MWR Aquatics and other community and parent stakeholders to create a Club Team for middle and high school ages competing with International Schools in the Korean Age-Group Swim Series (KASS).
- Collaborated with the Humphreys High School administration, athletic director, DODEA Pacific West District leaders, military command representatives and parent stakeholders to establish the official Humphreys High School Swim Team.
- Evaluated swimmer skills and techniques, developed season training program based on technique, strength, endurance, speed accordingly and tailoring training approaches accordingly based on swimmer progress improving skills and results during competition.
