Seasonal Summer Job – Promoted to Supervisor (End of 2022)

As a Supervisor, I oversaw lifeguards by enforcing safety regulations, responded to incidents calmly and efficiently, addressed resident concerns, and manually created and maintained the lifeguard schedule.

Within lessons, I managed the swim lesson program by ensuring quality instruction and safety, coordinating schedules, and communicating with parents.
