- Ensure that both the Junior Trade and Rental department runs as smoothly as possible, while providing help to any employee or customer that needs it.

- Training employees all the ins and outs of the job so they are as well prepared and comfortable as they can be on the job

- Managing inventory to ensure that we have as much gear as possible for all of our customers

- Provide expert fitting and advice to customers ensuring they get a well fitting boot

- Help customers pick out any other gear and explain the technology and how it will effect their ride

- Provide work on any purchased boots for customers to help solve any problems they are having

- Ensuring customers get correct fitting gear that is safe to give them the best and easiest experience on the mountain

- Testing rental gear regularly to make sure that it is all safe to ride on

- Provide expert guidance and answer any questions a guest may have
